හරකුන් හා මිනිසුන්

සරත් ෆොන්සේකාට එරෙහිව අධිකරණ ක‍්‍රියාමාර්ගයක් ගන්නේ නම් සරත් නන්ද සිල්වාට විරුද්ධව නොගෙන සිටීම තේරුම් රහිත වැඩකි. ඒ සරත් ෆොන්සේකා තරමට නැතත් ආණ්ඩුව අන්නවන්නට සරත් නන්දටත් වූවමනා නිසා ය.

ප‍්‍රතිවාදීන්ට හොදට රිදෙන්නට ගහන්නට පුලුවන් නම් අලුත් ප‍්‍රතිවාදීන් මතුවන්නේ නැත.

ඇත්තටම දඩුවම් කිරීමෙන් වඩාත්ම දිනාගන්නට බලාපොරොත්තුවන්නේ ඉස්සරහට සිදුවෙන නැගිටීම්ය.

නැත්නම් මෙ මොහොතේ කිසිවෙක් නැගිටිතැයි සිතිය නොහැකි තරමට සියල්ල මධ්‍යයේ පාලනයට ගෙන තිබෙන බැවිනි.

ඒත් පුංචි පරහක් තිබෙ. එක පතේ කෑමෙන් පසු විරසක වුනහම ඒ විරසකය තුළ නොහිතූ දේ පත්තු විය හැකි බැවිනි.

සරත් නන්ද සිල්වා ගැන පරීක්ෂණ පවත්වනවා යයි කිවූ ගමන් හෙල්පින් හම්බන්තොට රැගෙන ඔහු සටනට එන්නේ ඒ නිසා ය.

“I dispensed justice even to President Rajapakse who disrespects laws. Now , the Govt. may tell all kinds of things and malign me. In 2005 on the Tsunami fraud allegation against Mahinda Rajapakse, on the complaint made by the UNP , he was to be remanded. He then filed a fundamental rights application. It is I who heard the case. At that time I said there was no clear complaint in that connection. The complaint was made by UNP Kegalle District M P. The latter had no relation to the Tsunami funds. But he produced details of a Rs. 70 million fraud. It was apparent to us that this complaint was not based on facts but politically motivated . If we had not taken such a decision , the President would have been in the same position and place where Gen. Fonseka is in, today.. If the President had been remanded on the Tsunami fraud allegations , he would never have been able to contest elections.

The Govt. media is today charging that all my decisions were wrong. If that is so , even my decision in favor of the President is wrong , and he is a fraudster.”

ජවිපෙ, ලංකාඊනිව්ස් මෙන්ම සිරස මාධ්‍ය ජාලයට පහර ගසන්නේ ද මෙ කතා උන් එලි කරන නිසා ය. සටනට මෙසේ පිවිසෙන ප‍්‍රතිවාදීන්ට මෙ මාධ්‍යයන් හරහා යම් ඉඩ හසරක් තිබෙ. තවමත් කිසියම් අපේක්ෂාවක් විරුද්ධ පක්ෂයට ඉතිරිව තිබෙ නම් ඒ මෙ මාධ්‍යයන් හරහා ය.

ආණ්ඩුව පුදුමයකට පත්ව ඇත්තේ මෙතරම් ගහද්දීත්, උස්සද්දීත්, මරද්දීත් විරෝධය මුලුමනින් නතර කර ගත නොහැකි වූයේ ඇයි ද යන්න පිළිබදව ය.

ආණ්ඩුව තේරුම් ගත යුත්තේ මිනිසුන්ට කන්න බොන්න තිබූ පමණින් සියල්ල හරි යයි උන් විශ්වාස නොකරන බව ය. ආහාරවලින් හා කෙවිටෙන් පමණක් පාලනය කළ හැක්කේ හරක් වැනි සතුන් පමණක් බව ය.

හරක් වැනි මිනිසුන් ද සිටියත් සියලු මිනිසුන් හරක් නොවන බව ය.
